Context: I worked with our TrueColors® champions at my organization to provide new employees hired during the pandemic with an online option to familiarize themselves with their TrueColors® as a temporary solution until the workshop can be offered in person. I worked closely with SMEs and used existing TrueColors® materials to create an interactive tool to determine their "True Color" order.
This required advanced use of Storyline 360 to deliver accurate assessment results. The assessment results are used to facilitate effective employee engagement and collaboration, and to understand their communication and motivation styles. This demonstrates mastery in communication, design, technology, media, evaluation, management, personal, and interpersonal skills.
