Example test bank question
Example test bank question
Context: I collaborated with our Vendor Management team to create an annual online assessment with randomized test-bank questions for both new and experienced liaison managers to validate policy compliance. The business requirements were very strict, and I converted legal policy into an engaging branching experience that accounted for two learner groups.
Learners who have taken this assessment before and learners who are new to the Contingent Worker policy. Seasoned learners could test out of the module without completing it, while new learners had to complete it in its entirety. I worked with SMEs to validate the information and accuracy, and I designed, developed, and delivered the module to our Contingent Worker population. This project demonstrates mastery across all the listed competencies.
